Comparing AdGuard AdBlocker to Similar Extensions
AdGuard AdBlocker (Beta)
AdGuard AdBlocker (Beta) offers the same functionality as the main AdGuard AdBlocker, but as a beta version, it may contain bugs. With this in mind, users are advised to report any issues they encounter. While this version provides an opportunity to test out new features before they're released in the stable version, the potential for glitches might make it less appealing for users seeking a smooth and reliable experience.
Adblock all advertisement - No Ads extension
Another similar extension is the Adblock all advertisement - No Ads extension. This extension also blocks ads and popunders on social websites and other sites, promising faster browsing as a result. It offers similar protection against tracking and malware. However, it lacks some of the more specialized features of AdGuard, such as specific spyware and adware blocking, social media widget removal, and crypto-jacking protection.
IP Domain Country Flag
The IP Domain Country Flag extension provides a significantly different service, displaying a country flag for the current website's server and other IP/domain information. While this could be useful for users interested in this kind of data, it doesn't offer the ad blocking and privacy features that AdGuard does.
Which Extension Should You Choose?
When comparing these extensions, it's clear that AdGuard AdBlocker offers the most comprehensive services. Its unique selling points include its ability to block all types of ads, protect privacy, prevent malware, spyware, adware, and crypto-jacking, and remove social media widgets. So far uBlock Origin had been the best extension I have used for blocking ads, but Chrome no longer supports it. AdGuard seems like a very good alternative, most importantly blocking ads on YouTube. Probably a lot of uBlock users are going to switch to this or simply stop using Chrome.

Adblocker has completely transformed how I browse the internet. It's amazing to navigate websites without being bombarded by intrusive ads. And when combined with ReplyPal AI, it's like having the perfect duo to enhance my browsing experience – ad-free and AI-powered.
Still works (at least most of the time) even with Youtube's adblocker crackdown.
